Return Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products or services purchased from Chef Majid Al-Sabbagh’s page.
1-Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted in cases of evident manufacturing defects if the product received does not match the specifications or if a client is dissatisfied with consulting services after clearly documenting the issue.
2-Return Period
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving a product. Return requests for consulting or digital services must be made within 5 days of booking or purchase.
3-Conditions for Returns
Products must be in original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories.
For digital service returns, clients must provide a valid reason supported by details regarding the issue or dissatisfaction.
4-Return Process
Email admin@cic-uae.com with your order number, return reason, and any additional details if necessary.
Prepare the product for pickup by our team or send it to Chef Majid’s Training & Consulting Center, Office 21.
5-Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products, used products, or consultations completed without a complaint filed within the specified time.
6-Refunds
After inspection, refunds are processed within ten business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
7-Return Fees
Return shipping fees may be deducted if the return is not due to a product or service fault.
